Our Search Methodology
Phase 1: Preparing For Success
• You are introduced to your dedicated, cross-border team who will support you throughout the entire process from briefing to onboarding. Milestones are agreed for delivery of the project and the levels of engagement required by all stakeholders for a successful, timely outcome.
• The candidate profile is created and affirmed along with marketing materials to secure candidate engagement and, leveraging 30 years of global networking, benchmark candidates are presented to you in order to clarify skills, seniority and affordability. Sector experts are consulted on the developing candidate list and regular progress updates with all stakeholders begin.
Phase 2: Delivery
• We guide you through post-interview scoring and analysis to help determine the best fit with your role, culture and objectives.
• Negotiations with both parties are led by Greenings to secure a positive outcome, managing the process from verbal offer through to signing of contracts and agreeing a start date.
• Greenings conducts best practice executive due diligence which complies with your local jurisdiction and corporate policy and includes reputational and behavioural history, validation of educational and professional accomplishments, and alignment with competency framework and psychometric data. Throughout this sensitive period, we stay close to all parties to reach a swift conclusion and ensure that other final stage candidates remain engaged, should it prove necessary to revisit the shortlist.
Phase 3: Ensuring Future Success
• The successful candidate is mentored throughout the period leading up to start date and during the first 90 days in their new role. Providing a framework to maximise early impact during this initial crucial period, we review and measure performance against the briefing criteria, profile and key performance indicators, helping your executive recruit to achieve his or her organisational goals and accelerate their full integration into your business.
• Finally we hold a review meeting with all stakeholders to discuss the success of delivery, quality of engagement and resulting value. Assignment performance metrics are presented and reciprocal feedback between client and shortlisted candidates is shared on process and outcome.
